With herbs from our own garden, we rely entirely on natural flavor enhancers. This stimulates the metabolism and strengthens inner balance. We also prepare vegetables from alpine cultivation and local wild game with great craftsmanship into light dishes for guests at the ZillerSeasons.
To foster "rituals of enjoyment" means taking time to savor nourishment. Truly healthy food needs to be enjoyed, which is an experience that will be remembered for a long time. The bartender of the Eden Bar will be happy to recommend an accompanying fine wine from Mali's wine cellar.
