Our toque-awarded restaurant concocts dishes of universal charisma with local products. To create these specialties, we rely on herbs from our own garden, high-quality cold-pressed oils, and whenever possible organic ingredients. Gourmets appreciate and love the venison from our own hunting in the Wildgerlostal and fish from local waters. Our chefs create true culinary works of art from these products.
